Tonight we had a farewell dinner with our Canadian (Newfoundland) friends. They have been great traveling companions since our chance meeting on our first day.
We introduced them to the sun, which they hadn't seen in 2014. They saved us from many wrong turns on the path, introduced us to Raki, shared their interpretation of the English language, their chocolate biscuits and much happy conversation.

Many thanks to you Daaaaaalings as well:). You went the extra mile (literally...perhaps even two) to find the way out of Patara, provided good field medical advice (the leg is getting better) and simply made super travelling companions. Thanks so much. Oh and we are back in Istanbul now after getting the full Hamam treatment in Antalya. I did have an excellent barber clean me up too. The full monty...straight razor, burning swab, etc...etc. Will send after pictures later. Cheers...Lisa and Tim
